Others: Addex Therapeutics, a leading company pioneering allosteric modulation-based drug discovery and development, has raised gross proceeds of $10.3 million in a private placement to international institutional investors with extensive life science experience. Addex sold 918,025 new registered ordinary shares at a price of CHF10.50 per share. The private placement was executed on 12 October 2012 and the new registered ordinary shares will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange with a first trading day of 15 October 2012. Jefferies acted as sole placement agent in the transaction.
