Others: * On July 8, 2015, Biophytis, a French geriatric medicine company advancing clinical stage drug-candidates to treat sarcopenic obesity and age related macular degeneration (AMD), has raised €10,035 million in its listing on Alternext Paris. The final IPO price was set at €6 per share (bottom of range). On the whole the number of new actions emitted is established to 1,672,500 (that is to say 75% amongst titles initially offered) allowing the realization of a capital growth from approximately 10 M€. On the basis of a total of 5,442,135 actions to be admitted with the negotiations and a value of € 6 per action, the total market capitalization of Biophytis rises to approximately 32.7 M€.
