Details: * On October 22, 2015, RedHill Biopharma announced that Ori Shilo, a co-founder of RedHill, has informed the Company of his intention to resign from his position as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Finance and Operations and as a director in order to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Shilo will step down as a director effective November 1, 2015. At the request of the Company, Mr. Shilo has deferred his resignation as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Finance and Operations until such time as his successor is found and an orderly transition is ensured. RedHill has initiated a search for a full time Chief Financial Officer.
