Terms: * On February 16, 2015, Fresenius Kabi announced that the group has sold its German oncology compounding business CFL GmbH to NewCo Pharma GmbH. NewCo Pharma is a compounding company founded by pharmacist Michael Schill. Both companies specialize in IV oncology drug compounding. Fresenius Kabi will remain active in compounding. In Germany the focus will be on parenteral nutrition products, an area that offers attractive growth opportunities. In 2014, CFL had sales of €77 million. Financial terms of the transaction were not
