*On October 2, 2010, J&J and Crucell announced that they have reached an agreement whereby J&J, through an affiliate, would acquire all outstanding equity of Crucell that it does not already own for approximately € 1.75 billion in a recommended cash tender offer (the Offer). Johnson & Johnson currently owns 17.9% of Crucell’s outstanding shares.
* On March 8, 2011, Johnson & Johnson has acquired 98.89% of the issued shares in Crucell N.V. (Crucell) and 98.93% of the issued and outstanding shares in Crucell.
