Others: Genfit has announced the achievement of a private placement of €600,000.50 (issue premium included), reserved to one of its historical shareholders - YA Global Master SPV Ltd – a holding managed by the investment company Yorkville Advisors LLC, at the price of €2.15 per share. This price represents a discount of 15.7% compared to the volume-weighted average share price during the five trading days immediately preceding the date on which the issue price was fixed. The operation, performed following the decisions of the Management Board of March 29th and April 2nd, 2012, and according to the delegations granted to the Management Board by the Twentieth and Twenty-First Resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 28, 2011, resulted in the issue of 279,070 new shares immediately assimilated with existing shares. The number of shares that make up the capital is thus increased to 14,331,919.
